To encourage, foster, and stimulate an annual town festival or festivals, that will celebrate the uniqueness of our community and foster pride and excitement for the residents of Avilla as well as any visitors. To plan, develop, schedule, and execute any and all possible ideas as will serve to foster, encourage, and stimulate these purposes.
